So many that I decided it was finally time to do a full write-up! Do they fit as expected?
I’d say they fit just right, based on my pair.
Since they don’t stretch and they don’t come in half sizes, I’d choose the larger option.
Is the comfort worth it?
They’re extremely comfortable, and only took a few hours to break in..
How durable are they?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they still look great. No glitter has fallen off, and the structure feels strong. Since the aesthetic is distressed, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
How are they vs. other brands?
Nothing else compares in comfort or quality. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose still come out on top. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is custom-feeling. And the shine on mine? Next-level.
Are they worth it?
Yes! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re not cheap, so getting them discounted is smarter. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you pick something you’ll wear a lot. I went bold with sparkle, but a neutral version would also be smart.

Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and I’m impressed with the durability. The laces are intact, and the leather hasn’t stretched.
